I've always said that Vancouver's beauty is enough to make a grown man cry. Case in point: on this quiet Sunday evening I was riding the ferry back from North Vancouver, where I had just done the Grouse Grind, when I came upon this amazing Pacific sunset while crossing Burrard Inlet on the SeaBus.

Sunsets are always fantastic in Vancouver, and this was one of the best. On the left you can see the sail-shaped roof of Vancouver's cruise terminal, where earlier in the day four ships departed for Alaska--all of them visible from the tippy top of Grouse Mountain. And above the terminal you can see a bird in mid-flight!
